Question: When choosing a stock to invest in, what stock information besides p/e ratio and eps should i be analyzing?

Debt, beta, market share, revenue, profit margin, information on the ceo, book value, price to book ratio, cash flow, annual rate of return etc.

In this volatile economy, I now pay special attention to a company's ability to expand into foreign markets and the debt load the company has so they can withstand the ups and downs of the marketplace.

You should also consider if the stock has options associated with it. You can use options to acquire the stock at a cheaper price or to generate income after you own it. Please visit the referenced link for more info.
