How do I become a real estate agent or broker? what do i need?
Okay, so im 16 and my dream job is to be a real estate agent or broker. Im in grade 11 right now and im not doing so well in highschool... im planning to finish high school but not go to university or college, do i need to finish university or college to become a successful real estate agent?? I dont want to go to college or uni because I dont have the math course they require for u to take the courses in uni or college and my average in highschool is like 60 70 what should i do? i really want to be a realtor and i failed the math course they require like 2 times im not an academic student.I live in Toronto, Canada btw but im planning to move to LA in the future.

Real estate applicants are no longer required to submit an education evaluation request and receive a notice from the commission that the education requirements have been satisfied prior to submitting an application for a real estate license. The education evaluation request form is eliminated and education course completion documents must be submitted when the application is filed.So it is incorrect that it is necessary to apply to the state first
What are complex real estate valuation documents?
I spent 12 years as a administrative document control specialist in real estate. The position included writing detailed CMA reports to present to potential clients, property research some on online, but I've also put in my time in dusty courthouse basements and completed documentation needed for a closing. Currently there is a job available in my area that requires " 75 % of your time will be spent writing and reviewing complex real estate valuation documents" . What are " valuation documents" , I assume these are county court records, tax records, appraiser evaluations, inspection reports or possibly bank records if the home was foreclosed upon i.e. any records that would help determine the current value of a property . What documentation has changed or what might one run into since the 2007 2008 crash? Thanks.

Becoming a real estate appraiser?
I have my bachlors degree in Business Management and I am not finding any luck with jobs right now. I am interested in becoming a Real Estate Appraiser but had several questions. When mentoring under other appraisers do I get paid? How hard is it to find work if I know several Real Estate Agents Financers who could possibly network me? When looking at the classes they are only two days a month spread out over a 2 year span is there any way I could take them state aquired online to complete them faster? Even with the economy being at a low point once I finish my classes and 2 year mentoring will we even need appraisers then? Im really wanting to advance in my school and career just want to make sure that I am not wasting my time. Also would it be better to get my real estate liscense and work as a realtor till I could finish my liscense for appraiser? I know you can't do both at the same time.
