How is it legal to make tote bags etc with band lyrics or quotes, and sell them with out authors permission?!?

Why doesn't TEF have the same P/E ratio quoted on Yahoo and Google finance?
There's a huge difference between Google's https google.com finance?q NYSE TEF and Yahoo's finance.yahoo.com q?s TEF stated P E ratio, 4.78 and 24.8, respectively. I'm guessing that even if one has a more updated earnings report the difference couldn't be this large....could it?

How can I ensure the head tenant is giving honest monthly bill quotes?
When I first inquired the head tenant about the average monthly bills I was given a ballpark figure which at its highest of up to 20 per person 3 people , now seems to be less than half the current monthly average over 50 . This includes gas, electricity, water, TV & internet package and TV license TV license at 8.08 per person . I would like to know if it is OK to ask that he is transparent about the bills and that I may see the bills online myself through his laptop or whatever it may be . I am worried about how easy it is that someone could overcharge here and there to make a bit of money on top by putting themselves in between the process.One reason I have for concern is that, originally I was forced to accept that I pay for a small room at the same rate split between the 2 other tenants, even though their rooms are each double the size of mine. The reason was that " this is the way it has been done the year before and they are happy with it" , of course, it is 2 against 1 in their favour.Secondly. Is someone aware of a name or symbol change for this stock? The symbol BDF has been in use for this stock for many years. Originally the name was 1838 Bond & Debenture Fund thus the BDF symbol. When name changed to Rivus Bond Fund symbol BDF was continued.

I believe it is a stock quote I am looking for. Wallstreetjournal.com says that I need to subscribe to their newsletter to see some of the news about the stocks. What I want is all the information I can possibly get about a stock, at the fastest speed possible. I don't know if this would be software or a website? Please let me know.
