Margin money is a loan that must be repaid with interest and fees. You don't get to keep it.

Margin Money are Marked to Market everyday by NSE. They keep it with them till the transaction is complete. It makes sure that parties doesn't default on transaction. NSE has fixed format specific future contracts.... which attracts both buyers & Sellers
