Question: If you pay half of your mortgage payment every month will you be forclosed on?

I doubt they will accept partial payments, but yes, you are not paying on your contract as you agreed to pay and they can foreclose.

That is certainly a possibility. 1/ 2 payment is NOT paid. If this was rent you would be evicted. These kinds of bills need to be paid in full & on time or you face the consequences.

1-your mortgage balance would rapidly increase, NOT decrease, 2-ZERO amount of that partial payment would be applied to the actual loan balance 3-you will also get hit with late payment fees every month, further increasing what you owe. 4-you will get foreclosed on
