Question: Easiest bank to get a mortgage with?

I have Â£20, 000 deposit with perfect credit history. Earn around Â£22, 000 a year and my partner who is self employed earns about the same. Any info would be much appreciated. I just wanted to know if certain banks are easiest to get a mortgage with

Go to an independent mortgage adviser to get the best deal. If you have a perfect credit history and reasonable salaries then you shouldn't have to worry too much about the "easiest " place to get a deal. Save hard as you might need to increase your deposit a little depending on the value of your house but if you have a 20% deposit you should have the choice of most of the market.
