Question: What's the difference between a loan and an investor?

A loan is where you pay the money back with interest(you don't benefit from this) whereas, an investor is where you GIVE money but likely get it back and there's a chance they'll make you money or there pummel it, this making you decide what to do about it, legally, if that's possible.
