Question: What kind of business proposal do i offer my investor?

I am trying to open a sports bar, and I have found a investor that is interested in financing me, What kind of proposal should I offer him to make it fair for both of us?

It's really your cash flow from the business that would pay him back and will depend on your sales, expenses and profitability. No doubt you can offer free food or a discount along with other perks such as the best table. In general, your investor has the money so it's up to you to give him a realistic interest rate - work on a number for instance 8%. Good luck!
