Question: Mutual mortgage fund? any other suggestions for investing 50k in canada?

So I was going through my options for investment with someone at HSBC. I asked her about mutual funds and she told me this one was one of the most reliable ones. What do you think? Here in Canada, term deposit rates are very very low. So why not put it in a low- risk mutual fund? The amount I have is around 50K and I'm planning a 3- 5 year investment. What do you think? Go with it or just put it in term- deposit. |
