What is your concept of fairly new? RQI has been in business for 8 years. All it invests in is real estate through REITs. Currently sells at a very nice discount to net assets of 16%. Pays a 5.5% dividend too. AWP has been in business for only 3 years. It invests in real estate globally. Currently sells at a 13% discount to net assets. Pays a 6% dividend. RAP has been in business for 4 years. It invests in real estate in Hong Kong, Japan, and far east. Currently sells at a whopping 22% discount to net assets. Pays only a 3.3% dividend. NBRFX his been in business for 8 years. It invests in domestic REITs. Pays about a 3% dividend. There are several others of this nature too. Most were initialized when real estate was THE item. It is no longer held in such high favor though. |
