hi,I have recently finished my degree in business and finance ordinary from HERIOT WATT university SCOTLAND.But now I am stuck like what should I do next..should I go for Msc or go for some work experince.As I am a fresh graduate it is difficult to find job in my field which is pretty much also because of global crisis..and people are lossing jobs and it is also difficult to find job in uk because of my student status.I been applying for the job while I was doing my degree but I never had a positive answer....so now I have come to a stage where I really need to think that should I continue my studies and go for masterz or continue my search for job or go back to Bahrain and look for job there all suggestions are welcomedthankz

What job opportunities are available for a person who has a felony in the business and finance sector.?
While on vacation I attended my girlfriends sorority party got drunk and was not allowed to stay the night I was attending another school several states away . I drove back to my hotel and got in a car wreck injuring the other driver. I received a second degree assault operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury felony. This is my only offense. I am pursuing a degree in finance but my counselors are unable to tell me how this conviction will hinder me career path other than I will not be able to work in the banking industry. I would like to become a financial analyst, stock analyst, or firm consultant. Can I work in any of these career fields. I have great grades and just received a letter of recommendation from my school's associate dean. I don't know if I am going down the wrong path. This is my passion and dream please be frank and polite.

We are trying to purchase a business in TN. The purchase would include the land appraised at 1.3 mil and the business it self. The person selling is asking 1.4 for the the business, land and all equipment. What is the best way to finance this business?
