Are you talking about being on Section 8 housing? If so, you have to supply your caseworker with ALL of your financial statements. Tax returns, bank statements etc They want to know every dime you get. Don't try to defraud them. (if this is why you are asking) They will find out, and then imagine how hard it will be paying them back.

Yes they have access to everything listed under your Social Security Number
