Is it possible to piggyback off of a corporate credit card if I'm an authorized user?
I've been an authorized user on a corporate credit card for about 5yrs now and I was wondering is it possible to piggyback off of that credit card to raise my credit score 5pts. to obtain a mortgage loan? Considering it's paid on a certain date every month and is in extremely good standing. It hasn't been reported on my report, but considering that I'm an authorized user I thought that I could call the card company and request to have all payments reported as a positive on my credit report?

Can you take a loss on corporate investments? I'm trading with a forex trader, using corporate credit.?
My accountant advised me to trade as an individual b c if the corp was trading and had losses, it would be a " capital loss" and therefore not deductible, I assume? However since the funds are from corporate credit lines, my corporation is borrowing them, and then I'd have to loan from my corp to me, which makes it sticky and a lot more paperwork to comply with the IRS and preserve the corporate veil. I'd rather do it through my corp and take gains as income. But obviously if I lost everything this would not make sense. I DO NOT want advice on forex or investment advice, I simply want an answer to the accounting question. I trust my accountant but want a second opinion.

Can anyone give me any information on building a corporate credit file?
I want to build some corporate credit but I am unsure how to go about doing it. There are several companies on the web who claim that they guide people through the process of getting corporate credit. I checked some of them out but I am afraid to get caught up in a scam. Does anyone know if any of these companies are trustworthy and reputable? If so, which ones? Can anyone tell me how I can build corporate credit on my own without employing the use of a credit building company? Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does cancelling a corporate credit card damage your credit history if you leave a company?
I am thinking about applying for a corporate credit through my company to streamline the process of submitting expenses. The card gets billed to me directly, and I'm wondering if cancelling it if I were to leave the company for instance would reflect badly on my credit score in the same way it would if I were to cancel a personal credit card account which I have been told is not good for one's credit rating. Does anyone know?

Can you get corporate credit or start a business if you are an illegal immigrant?
My friend's entire family is here on an expired Visa. Her father is trying to convince her to give him $1200 as a down payment total is $4800 to a company who says they can get them corporate credit for over $100,000 to start a commercial cleaning business. Is this a legitimate proposal and is it even possible? If this is indeed a scam, where can I find documentation to support the answer so that I can help her make a more informed decision? Thank you

Does anyone know what a waiver of liability is when filed with a corporate Credit Card company?
I had a corporate credit card with the company I now work for....we got into a dispute over some charges made during a business trip and they are now informing me they are filing a " waiver of liability" with American Express and cancelling the card. Does anyone know what the waiver of liability is and what it accomplishes?

Corporate Credit Card - Expense Reimbursement?
I was let go from a previous employer but had about $800 in unreimbursed business expenses on a corporate credit card. Since the card is in my name I am legally responsible i.e. my credit record is impacted by unpaid balances . All of the charges are reimbursable per the company policy, and the HR contacts I have spoken to agree with me. However it has been two months and my corporate credit card still shows an open balance. I have a new job and want to move on. What rights do I have can I pay the balance and bring them to small claims court?
