Is it a bad sign / red flag if an investment firm, corporate finance firm, or commercial finance firm?
brokers power brokers don't provide references to their projects, citing 'confidentiality'? Because I've seen firms who site past and ongoing projects, and others that don't site anything at all... and I think the ones who reference projects are more legit. What is the word on the street of yahoo answers? lol.
Please advise. No one seem to know jack about aviation / aircraft lease deals or int'l commercial finance.
Why is that? No one else enterprises in such tasks? Please advise.

By selling covered call options, I generate consistent, upfront returns of 3 5 % per month for my income. But I'd earn more if I had more capital, so I'm looking for lenders who lend out money to borrowers. My theory being that as I make 3 5 % returns every month, handling the annual interest rate on borrowed money would be no problem, as my returns more than cover that.It would be a good investment, as I'd make more each year than what my loan interest payments would be. eg. 12 months x 3 5 % each month, adds up to more than say 13 16 % I'd have to pay in interest on a loan.People have no concerns about borrowing money to buy a house, which they rent out to tenants.This goes by the same theory. I am looking to set up a commercial finance brokers in the north east of england and nationally online and I am needed help in the following areas 1. raising finance I need around 25k to set up the venture and make it fully profitable, however I am facing difficulties with business angels and capital investors.
