Question: Being a business manager vs. being a human service manager?

Do you think being a manager in any field is the same? What do you think the main differences are in managing a business as opposed to being a human service manager? What different skills and attitudes would each individual have to posses? Would it be the same? What skills and abilities would a human service manager need?
