Where can I find an unsecured, no personal guarantee, business line of credit?
I've heard these can be found, but I don't know where to find one. I've been in business 20 years and need to find 2 unsecured lines of credit for 25 50K each, without signing a personal guarantee. I own a corporation and already have too much of my personal property on the line, yet I need some extra cash right now for working capital. Any suggestions?

Last year i received a summon from creditor who i had a business line of credit with for a business i?
used to own but it has been closed since 2008,i live in NY the creditor filed and obtained default judgment in Nevada,TX at the time i wasn't able to file an answer for the summon in 2009 he hired a lawyer to domesticate the summon in NY his attorney serve me a copy but because i'm unemployed i didn't file an answer for it now my house is in foreclosure when i received the foreclosure document from my mortgage bank i found that the creditor filed a lien on my house ,how can i vacate this judgment and put it back on the calender.
