Question: With a bachelors degree in business and finance what kind of jobs would u qualify for ?

I know at banks u don't make any money unless u'r the big dog of the branch

Well, everyone has to start somewhere. I think you need to study your field and decide which career paths would have the highest growth potential 10, 15, 20 years from now and get the necessary degrees to get there. Almost any medium to large company has a finance department and needs people with such degrees. Experience and an MBA helps of course, but you should be able to find lots of jobs working in the front office.
