Question: What are the qualification need to become a strategist in business and finance system?

Undergrad from top university, work on wall street (preferably investment banking) for 2 years. Return to grad school unless one of very few to go 3rd year (then venture capital route). Top grad school then back to investment banking. 3 more years of hell then you are set.
