Question: Bpo non-voice interview rounds.?

I m going to attend an interview next week in a non- voice bpo. I want to knw how many interview rounds do they take in non- voice. And i m a fresher so what shud i do abt aptitude test? How to prepare for that?? Plzz help me. I live in pune. Thnxx. I m going for interview next week in a non voice bpo in pune. I m fresher and frm commerce background. So for what positions can i apply for?? What are diff. posts in non voice bpo?? PLzz help.

In general in between 2 - 4 rounds will be there. First level - Off line / Online test which consist of GK/ Language/ Arithmetic/ Psychological and test your problem solving skills, Type writing skill. Second Round will be HR, will check on your communication and attitude, Since your are fresher will check your interest on the Profile for which your applying, about company about the product, Third level with Ops round, From Process Operation Middle level Executive will Interview about your skills and interest. Fourth Round will Once You had completed the 3rd round and selected by Middle level Executive , Then HR Will issue Offer letter to you

Usually 2 rounds; apart fr your test, refer to competition success books which has multiple aptitude tests; be confident; success will be yrs; good luck
